The Chaturveda Upanishad

Image
The Chaturveda Upanishad  The Chaturvededa Upanishad is a lesser-known Upanishadic text that explores the origin of the four Vedas and their ultimate unity in the supreme cosmic principle, Lord Nârâyana. It is a very short text, consisting of only about eight verses. It bridges the concept of the four Vedas—Rig, Yajur, Sama, and Atharva—with the supreme creator and absolute reality. Lord Shiva (as Mahakala-Bhairava) acts as the divine teacher, explaining the profound science of the supreme mantra (Mantra-Raja). It describes meditating on Kali seated on a corpse, residing within sacred geometric configurations like the triangle (trikona), pentagon (panchakona), and lotus, surrounded by various attendant Shaktas and forms of the Divine Mother. It envisions the inner spiritual energy (Kundalini) in the Muladhara chakra as a brilliant, lightni...
